MIPIM 2019 Partners

MIPIM 2019 saw the Midlands UK Pavilion showcase a fast-growing region that powers the UK economy and competes on the world stage. Our largest-ever collaboration of private and public sector partners – all working alongside the Department for International Trade – highlighted a region brimming with major investment and growth opportunities.

Midlands UK at MIPIM 2019 attracted the most influential players from all sectors within the international property industry. In 2019, organisations across the region worked together for the third consecutive year to attract investment from around the world. Following a successful, united presence in both 2017 and 2018, we outlined more than £11 billion of ambitious projects and investment opportunities to over 24,000 attendees, including potential investors, property agents, developers and media from more than 100 countries.

Some 40 debates, discussions and presentations were held in the Midlands UK Pavilion, considering opportunities within the real estate cycle that ranged from connectivity to inclusive growth. Experts and senior figures from across the Midlands explored the region’s key real estate sectors – including residential, office & mixed use, life sciences, digital & creative, and manufacturing & logistics.
