MIPIM 2018 saw Midlands UK, one of the fastest growing regions in the world, come together as a 70-strong delegation of public and private sector partners, who worked collaboratively to showcase major investment opportunities within the region to MIPIM’s international audience.
This year, MIPIM was set to attract the most influential players from all sectors of the international property industry and was the second year that the Midlands region worked together to attract investment from around the world, following a successful united presence at MIPIM 2017.
Throughout the four-day event, the region unveiled details of more than £10 billion worth of projects and investment opportunities to the annual exhibition’s 24,000 attendees, which included potential investors, property agents, developers and media from more than 100 countries.
The events were all held in the Midlands UK Pavilion and followed seven themes on a journey through the real estate life cycle, exploring topics that included connectivity, housing and inclusive growth.
