Since 2010 we’ve delivered land for more than 15,000 new homes and 10 million square feet of office space supporting 6,000 new jobs ultimately contributing £3 billion GVA to the UK economy.

We are proud to have a strong Midlands presence in both our development and investment portfolios. In 2016 we invested £15 million into refurbishing the 28-storey Alpha Birmingham building attracting 25,000 sq ft of new lettings and retaining tenants including Lombard Risk Management Plc on new leases. Our new Birmingham office has recently opened at Alpha where the team manages our other assets such as Tricorn House, Birmingham, the Air Cargo Centre at East Midlands Airport and Albion House, Leicester. We’ve recently secured planning permission for the redevelopment of SBQ to deliver a flagship, multi-million pound office, retail, leisure and residential development in the heart of Birmingham, a 2,000 home new settlement at Kingston Grange, Stratford-upon-Avon and a £450 million, 4,500 home Sustainable Urban Extension in Thurmaston, Leicester.
