Nikal is the developer undertaking the £300 million Masshouse development in Birmingham city centre.   

Phase One has delivered 340 apartments and is the chosen destination of the new £80 million Birmingham Magistrates Court.

Nikal’s second phase, Exchange Square, is under construction and will deliver Birmingham’s first major build to rent development. A new urban village comprising of 603 luxury residential units and 30,000 square feet of leisure-led retail space, phase two will open in early 2019. 

In addition, Nikal’s final phase was granted planning consent in May 2016 and will deliver a further mixed-use, residential tower and further leisure-led development set around an exemplary new public square.

Located between the business and retail quarters and opposite the proposed HS2 terminal, Exchange Square is the hottest emerging property location in Birmingham.
